Major innovations for the Dairy industry
Our company has always been focusing on food products analysis, oenology, dairy or in other activities with its specific product range of Continuous Flow (CFA) and Discrete analyzers.
For dairy products, in addition to classical analysis (fat, proteins, Total solids..) using NIR and to more specific analysis (Nitrate, Nitrite, Urea,...) using CFA, we have add since 2001 two innovative instruments.
These two unique systems are iCinac, to characterise lactic starters, and Optigraph, to determine ability of milk to coagulate.
These two instruments, developed on the request of the dairy industry, have been made in partnership by AMS Alliance with INRA. They have been validated by official interprofessional centers (ENILBIO Poligny) and are now accepted as references.
